In this exercise, you need to stand still and then lean your head backwards so that your chin points at the ceiling.  

Now, pull your lips up into a kissing shape so that the skin on your neck stretches and there is a strain at the jawline. Hold this position for 15 seconds, relax and then repeat again. 

Fish lip exercise 

To perform this exercise, suck your cheeks inside your mouth and hold for 20 seconds.  

Your lips will pucker, similar to the mouth of a fish.  

Relax and repeat the exercise.  

Since this exercise is super easy, you can include it in your routine and practice it throughout the day. 

Mouthwash exercise 

Who knew that your daily mouthwash routine can also help to tone down your double chin.  

To replicate this routine as an exercise, all you need to do is fill half of your mouth with air.  

Now pass this air from one cheek to the other just like using a mouthwash.  

Do this for 20 seconds, relax and then repeat. 

Neck massage 

Massages are also a great way to depuff your face and neck, release tension and any retention of fluid.  

For reducing the double chin, stretch your neck upwards and put your knuckles under your chin.  

Now slowly pull them downwards towards your collarbone.  

Repeat this for 10-15 times.
