So, Let’s take a closer look at both sides of the argument and see where the evidence points.

Mindset and Motivation

There is a lot of confusion in the world of personal development about the difference between motivation and mindset.

We often think of motivation as something that we have to supply to achieve our goals. However, mindset is something that we can’t control, but we can learn to manage it better.

If so, you may be suffering from what psychologists call “motivation loss. ” Motivation is the desire or urge to do something, while mindset is the way you think about things.

If you’re not motivated, it’s because you don’t have the right mindset for what you need to do.

In simple words, we can say that motivation comes afterward with the right mindset.

Mindset: Highly Influential in Weight Loss

Your mindset is first and the last thing you must change to lose weight. As it is the main thing that keeps you engaging in weight loss without slipping back into your unhealthy habits.

I have seen many people and myself, I started losing weight because seeing some motivational videos and more on social media

And,

My parents and friends said to me to do something to lose weight because you are gaining weight day by day.

This thing makes someone lose weight with pressure, not with their mindset. After some time they drop the idea of weight loss and they slip back to their unhealthy habits of eating junk food and not doing any exercise, as your regular day.

This means they do not want to start the exercise and go on a diet because they are not mentally prepared, they only start because of the pressure they take.

And because of this, they cannot achieve their goal of looking thin and getting abs in exchange for those tiers.

Are you getting the point,

Do not take any pressure or think about what people are saying,

just start your weight loss journey when you are mentally and physically prepared and you have made up your mind of doing something big.
