Normal water is also the best for weight loss. You can drink when get unnecessary cravings and 1-2 glass of water can remove the cravings and make too full. Water has 0 calories, yes water has 0 calories you can take whenever you want to drink . You can drink more water before lunch or dinner to eat less . Green tea is the most popular drink for weight loss. There is a presence of many antioxidants and the main caffeine that helps you in weight loss.
